Merch Review: Red Bubble Adult Mask
Full Disclosure: I am a Red Bubble shop owner, but I review these products as a customer. Should any products fail to live up to my expectations, I will not sell them.

Overall Score: 4 out of 5
Pros:
Print quality - bright colors, fairly sharp lines.
Build quality - stitching is clean and tight, cut is centered.
Cons:
Fit - if you have a smaller face, it may be loose in some places.
The bigger, and more concerning, problem, however, was my order
This particular shipment was supposed to contain three things: a mask, a tote, and a pillow:
However, what we received was THREE masks and NO tote bag or pillow.
So I reached out to Red Bubble. And this is what the auto-response said:
Their response time is a few weeks! Really disappointing when you just want some closure.
I hope this post helps someone researching Red Bubble. On the front end, there’s a lot to like with their clean, bright website and easy interface. But they seem to have serious issues on the fulfillment side that should be considered.
I’m really hoping this was just an unfortunate fluke.

UPDATE 9/11/20 - I used the gray Help button (see below) in the far bottom left corner in Red Bubble’s Help Center. It opened a chat window where I was able to leave a message along with a picture of the incorrect items sent. I received an automated email shortly after confirming receipt of my ticket and requesting the order number, email address, and shipping address.
A Red Bubble representative replied a little later saying they would follow up with the appropriate fulfillment center.
UPDATE: 9/14/20 - I’m very happy to report Red Bubble came through with an apology and a full credit for the items we were missing! Faith restored and I’ll be giving them another shot.
